3 Week Challenge Update


Launching a new challenge always reminds me how effective barre truly is for women's bodies. The small movements and isometric holds, physically and mentally push us to a whole new level of difficult. I recorded an upper body video for the challenge the other day and could not believe how incredibly grueling it was! I do reformer and lift heavy weights but NOTHING compares to the grit and tenaciousness of barre.


How has the first half of the challenge? I will be posting the next 5 videos on Saturday to give you plenty of time to decide your calendar for next week!


I truly appreciate those of you that have been subscribing to the site for 4 years and to everyone that has just recently joined Studio E in the past week!
