
It's Thanksgiving week! Ready or not, it's officially the holiday season. The next 5 weeks will be jam packed full everything you can possibly fit in between Thanksgiving and Dec 31st. My hope is these small challenges will keep you focused on yourself even it is just a couple of days a week.
Thighs Before Pies is on the INTERMEDIATE CHANNEL and I left it on the top so it's easy to find. You will need hand weights for the class and you can add ankle weights and/or your ball when the time is right. The class flows pretty seamlessly from one series to the next and I kept each series as different as I could so you can keep your heart rate elevated throughout.
The challenge this week is to repeat this class AT LEAST once between Monday and Saturday. I suggest doing it Monday or Tuesday of this week and have a day off in-between for round 2. If you have props I suggest switching your props or adding the 2nd or 3rd time. You also could try heavier hand weights for several of the exercises. I have heard from a few of you that are planning to execute this class 4 days in a row. Get after it! I always suggest repeating my classes because you might hear a cue differently or get deeper into your muscles the second (or third) time through.
I will continue to post the holiday challenges each week from now until Dec 25th. The challenges will be a bit longer in the month of December but still doable to get done each week.
Welcome to all of the new subscribers that joined in November! It is a busy time on the site just coming off the Fall Challenge. I have been busy recording new material for 2022 and can't wait for the new channels and challenges coming to Studio E next year.
