14 Day Challenge check in: May Challenge

How is the 14 day challenge going? I have been busing recording and uploading videos the past week getting ready for the next challenge in May!


I hesitating starting a challenge in May. In years past, May is one of the busiest times of year for family with school age kids. There are so many field trips, performances, ceremonies, etc that we tend to get out of our routine. The May challenge will be concise workouts that are impossible not to press play.


Below is the 14 day challenge I posted last week. I wanted to share it again so you can see the finish line.
