I hope everyone had a restful Thanksgiving! The 3 week challenge ended for some of you last week. But for others, you are just starting the videos. I expected this so please keep pressing play and finish all 16 videos posted on the Challenge Channel!
For those of you that are looking for a new calendar to get us through the month of December, here it is!
The next 4 weeks will consist of 3 full length videos per week until Dec 24. 3 full length classes is above what many of us do in a week, most often dispersing shorter workouts into our regimen. This will give our body the challenge it needs during the busiest and most wonderful time of the year. This is a tough task! Completing 3 full length videos will take discipline as well as planning. So plan out your workouts! Check what props you will need for each video and make sure they are ready to go !
