Greetings! We are going to face February with force! The workouts posted the next 3 weeks are going to be strength focused. Our core, arms and legs are going to be pushed to their limits!
To get a great jumpstart, all 3 classes are brand new. You will need ankle weights (optional) and hand weights. They are all are on the ADVANCED < 30 min CHANNEL.
Here is the weekly calendar for Feb 7th:
Day 1. #20 BS EXPRESS 25 min BURN ALL OVER
Day 2. #21 BS EXPRESS 11 UPPER BACK AND ABS
Day 3. #22 BS EXPRESS 10 min CORE
I am also adding an optional Day 4: BARRE STRONG #19 - 30 min "Erin's Fav and Deep Stretch".
I though it would be a good compliment to the weeks classes and a perfect Saturday addition.
