30 New Videos

The last few weeks I have recording, editing and uploading nonstop. This fall I will be launching 30 NEW classes that will be fresh for fall! I cannot wait till they are all live!

This week will be full of school shopping and new schedules. Just today our heat wave finally broke and we received some much needed rain and 70's weather. I am ready for fall!

Next week's schedule is going to work on building your endurance back up to get ready for the longer barre workouts that will start this fall. Do all 4 classes this week. This weeks plan is to see a change in your body. Barre will change your body. But you need to put in the work and press play.
