The new video for next week is one of my favorites. You will find it on the BODY SCULPT CHANNEL. #13 BS Express 7 min Advanced Abs. I left no oblique behind in this extreme scuplting class. I recommend doing this class everyday for a week to REALLY tone and lengthen your side body. I used weights in this class but they are not necessary.
It's time for a new challenge. Any suggestions? I hope to have a new challenge ready for summer.
