7 minute Advanced Abs


The new video for next week is one of my favorites. You will find it on the BODY SCULPT CHANNEL. #13 BS Express 7 min Advanced Abs. I left no oblique behind in this extreme scuplting class. I recommend doing this class everyday for a week to REALLY tone and lengthen your side body. I used weights in this class but they are not necessary.


It's time for a new challenge. Any suggestions? I hope to have a new challenge ready for summer.

TUES: LEAN LEG CH Intermediate Glute Target 18 min


WED: 30 DAY CHALLENGE CH Core Challenge #2 of 6 (1st core challenge)


THURS: NEW BS CH: BS Express 7 min Advanced Abs


FRI: BARRE STRONG CH: #29 - 10 min "Crunch a Bunch" AND #28 - 12 min "Sculpted Arms"


SAT: BARRE STRONG CH #26 19 min "Bend and Twist"


Again try doing the new BS Express class everyday next week to see what a difference it makes!
