August 8 - 14: More Videos Headed Your Way
I just returned from vacation and am MORE than ready to get back on track with my barre workouts. One of my favorite short challenges is the BODY SCULPT SERIES that I recorded in April of 2020. It is 5, 30 minute full body videos that will take you from post vacation to pre vacation strength in just 5 short days. It is located on the Body Sculpt Series Channel at the very bottom.
I have been editing and writing new workouts and will have over 35 new videos to post this fall. I'm so excited to to share them. Most of us are back to taking our regular studio classes and back at the gym. These new classes I will post will be a GREAT compliment to whatever your regular workout routine is.
