Happy Fall! About half of you that participated in the first Fall Challenge have completed it from start to finish! The other half started a bit later, so please don't stop just because your time is later. Each of us must press play in our own time.
I'd LOVE to hear feedback on what you liked and didn't like about the challenge. I'm always looking for new ideas. I know for the most part, you have enjoyed having challenges several times throughout the year. It's a great way to press play.
What's next? I will be offering small challenges starting November 1st until the end of 2021. Some will be as short as 1-2 days and others up to 5 days. I will be compounding videos in new ways so your body is quivering from all the chaos!
