Consistency


It's April! Longer days are finally here and it has definitely put a pep in everyone's step.


The feedback I'm receiving is members are enjoying the shorter workouts so they can "do barre" more often each week. I will still post options for people that want to do a longer workout only 1-2 times a week due to schedules. Options are endless.


Here is the calendar for the week of April 2:
