Happy Sunday! How did your workouts go over the weekend? We are 2/3's of the way there! The last 10 videos will not disappoint. After a couple of longer classes tomorrow's class is a short, 6 minute core target that is sure to give you some instant tone to start off your week.
As life continues to ease back into some sort of normalcy, I know we are all getting busier and busier. I myself feel myself getting pulled in several directions again. I'm glad to be back to needing a calendar but also know with it comes stress and prioritizing yourself. We have 10 days left of this challenge and I hope we can all keep up the discipline of pressing play each day.
