First off, let me congratulate all of you that have been so very diligent on the site since November. The challenges on the weekly calendars have been well received and I am so happy you are all pressing play during the busiest and most wonderful time of the year!
This will be the last weekly calendar of 2022. The next one will be posted on January 2nd. Of course you can still use the site to your liking and get your barre fix in over the break!
This week's calendar will include 4 days of videos. The challenge will be to add hand and ankle weights to any and every exercise you can manage. So whether or not the video calls for you to have ankle or hand weights, I want you to grab them and strap them on regardless! The added challenge is just what our bodies need this week!
