Dec 21st - 24th Workout Calendar

Good evening! Believe it or not, 2020 is coming (thankfully) to an end. This year the fitness industry changed and adapted to shut downs, restrictions, and the unknown of what's coming next. I'd like to thank all of my subscribers and reformer clients for handling it all with grace and determination. Working out from home is not an easy task. It takes dedication and discipline which can only come from YOU. Congrats to all of you that kept pressing play each day to maintain your physical and mental health. Each challenge and calendar rolled out this year was based on feedback from you the subscriber. 2021 is going to include even more new and challenging videos!

Here is the abbreviated calendar for the week of Dec 21st:

Monday: 20 min shaky Legs with Ankle weights and 15 min Butt Lifting Pretzel (LEAN LEGS CHANNEL)

Tuesday: #10 30 min Max Out (INT CHANNEL)

Wednesday: #11 10 min Total Body Flow AND #13 20 min Complete Failure (INT CHANNEL)

Thursday: #18 45 min Advanced Barre Burn (INT CHANNEL)
