I will keep the workouts short, so you can choose to double up on days you have more time or just squeeze in 15 minutes when that is all you have time for.
In my reformer classes I am having my students do a back bend in every single class they take each week until the end of the year. It has been a "fun" challenge for most and an amazing stretch for those of us that spend so much time on our phones and laptops each day.
I'd like to extend that challenge to my barre subscribers as well. At the end of each class you take this week, perform a backbend (shown in the picture). You don't have to hold it for long, just a breath or two. You could also do it more than once throughout a video. You could fit one in while I'm explaining the next series to stay moving!
