GOAL THIS WEEK: SLEEVELESS DRESS WORKOUT
Thank you all that completed or are still doing the CORE CHALLENGE! I love all the messages I am receiving about the gains. I am working on the next 30 Day Challenge which I hope to have available sometime in May.
In the meantime, for those of you that need another challenge to keep you busy, I recommend the SLEEVELESS DRESS WORKOUT. It is only 8 minutes and gives your arms a burn that will last all day! It is under the Intermediate Series Channel, and called "Beginner AND Intermediate Week 7 Bonus Burn". You will need handweights for this workout. The challenge is to complete the workout 5 days in a row without a break. And another mental challenge for you: once you have done a video once and you know what I'm going to do next, hold a plank while I'm talking and introducing the next exercise so you never waste a moment.
