July 11th Weekly Workout Calendar


Week after the 4th of July is always a time for a reset. The hardest part is, July tends to be a very busy month so it makes it difficult to find the time. This weeks calendar includes 7 videos. You can do 1 each day for 7 days OR combine a few together on the days you have more time. Create the format that works for you.
