THIS IS IT! Final week. Day #1 is a more advanced thigh work class which is why it's under 35 minutes. Don't let that fool you!


So what's next? Once the challenge is over I will be posting "mini challenges" from November 1 - Dec 22. These challenges will be anywhere from a 1 day challenge to 5 days. Small commitments after the long commitment you crushed the last 4 weeks!


Look for the challenges to start as soon as Halloween is over!
