I have had a lot of feedback that people want more of a "challenge" calendar instead of just the weekly calendar. So next week I am going to change up the format and have 3 new videos for you and continue that through Feb. That way we can focus on specific goals and move onto something else in March! This week our focus will be CORE. Day 1 is short while days 2 and 3 are a full 30 minutes.
