
Good morning! As I stated in a previous post, the ADVANCED UNDER 30 MIN CHANNEL will be the focus of your weekly calendars the next several weeks. Each week I will posted at at least 1 new video that will be part of your weekly workout and you will have 3 days of work to conquer each week!
The format of these new videos will be not be traditional (mat, barre, mat). In order to keep them at a higher level we transition from different positions more often which will take a bit of getting used to.
Each video will be under the ADVANCED UNDER 30 MIN CHANNEL (AU30) and be labeled BS EXPRESS. (Body Sculpt). 2 videos will be performed each day for a total of 25-40 minutes.
Here is WEEK #1 of your 3 day calendar:
Day 1: NEW! #18 BS EXPRESS 14 MIN ADV ARMS AND ABS (AU30)
and
20 min Lower Body Barre Class with Bands (LEAN LEGS CH)
Day 2: #4 BS EXPRESS 10 min ADV BODY SCULPT (AU30)
and
CORE CH #1 of 6 (CORE CHALLENGE)
Day 3: #7 BS EXPRESS 15 min SLEEK ABS (AU30)
and
BS 30 min #1 of 5 TOTAL BODY SCULPT (AU30)
