New Classes on the Advanced Channel


We are approaching the halfway point of FEBRUARY! i feel like time has been on fast forward since Christmas. Looks like the 3 new videos from last week were a big hit. I have 3 more new ones for you this week. The challenge for you this week is to do each of the 3 new drops, twice. So if you are up for a 6 day challenge, press play on the new videos Sun, Mon and Tuesday. Then repeat them on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.



Here is the weekly calendar for Feb 15th:


Day 1: #23 BS EXPRESS 16 min TOTAL BODY


Day 2: #24 BS EXPRESS 18 min UNBEARABLE


Day 3: #25 BS EXPRESS 10 min CORE + ARMS


Optional

Day 4-6: Repeat days 1-3.


I used handweights for all 3 and you could also add ankle weights (especially if you repeat).
