Good morning! I hope this message finds you healthy and rested. Core Challenge #5 is available today. You will not need any props for this challenge. There are a lot of planks and the focus is obliques. The last series burns so good! 8 minutes and you won't regret it!

Also, 2 new full body INTERMEDIATE workouts have been uploaded! Search for Week 4, workouts #1 or #2. I am adding props to some of these newer videos. So grab your hand weights and a ball if you have them! All the props needed for future videos are available on my products page through Amazon. There will be bands in some of the upcoming videos as well.
