After 3 weeks of being back to barre full time, I can honestly say I have never felt better. It feels so good to feel that barre burn each day.
There is new content coming this fall. I will be rolling out my first ever 60 day program. Each video will end with traditional barre stretches that will make completing each video worth it.
This week's calendar is a new pairing. It was created to give your muscles an extra burn as we officially head into spring!

This week is made up of 4 days of classes. You will complete 2 videos each day. The first video will be one of the BARRE STRONG CHALLENGE VIDEOS. The second video will be one video from the ARM CHALLENGE. Let's get those tank top arms ready!
