Happy Halloween! Believe it or not it's going to be November on Monday. Thank you to everyone that took part in the Fall Challenge. It was my favorite challenge thus far and I am looking forward to creating another one in 2022.
As promised I am going to roll our several short challenges to get us through the holidays. They will range from 1-5 days long and will consist of different muscle groups. And the first one starts MONDAY!
The first challenge will be 3 days and each day will have 3 workouts. Complete each day 3 days in a row. (preferably) Each day will be a total body crusher that will push your limits.

#10 30 min Max Out (INTERM. CH)

#7 11 min ARM CHALLENGE
#15 BS Express 17 min Total Body Sculpt (ADV UNDER 30 MIN CH)
#26 35 min FIERCE FRIDAY BARRE (INTERM. CH)
