I hope you all had a joyful Thanksgiving! I was thankful to be able to host family at my home and enjoy some amazing food.
Now it's time to get back on track.
As I say that, I know that this time of year does not cater to schedules. Schedules are thrown a lot of extra that can wreak havoc on our workouts.
Which is why the next few weeks of workouts will consist of shorter workouts that can be done stacked together, or spread out of 7 days. This will give you options as you piece your schedule together each week.
This week's calendar will be CORE CHALLENGE 1.0. The traditional challenge is 30 days long as you repeat each workout 5 days in a row. I am going to change this format to make it a 7 day challenge instead.
