Happy Tuesday Everyone! Day #9 is ready for you. Plie All Day is a 22 min total body class. This will be the first class that has a full 13 minutes of standing thigh work. We have been starting smaller with the leg work in this challenge but that all changes starting tomorrow. Plie will be the focus of this class but is rounded out with other leg exercises to give all your leg muscles attention.


I know as we round the corner into double digits, it's easy to lose focus. "30 days is too long", or "I can miss a few days". Try to keep your eyes on day 30 and keep hitting play each day. IF YOU MISS A DAY, don't be discouraged. Try to double up your workout the following day to at least shake it off and stay the course.
