Day 7: ADV < 30 min: #1 BS Express 10 min Adv Core with the Ball
Day 8: Lean Legs: 15 min LEG LOVERS
Day 9: Barre Strong (scroll to the bottom) #1 15 min Eyes on Me
Day 10: Arm Challenge #1 10 min
