Happy Friday! I wanted to blog about the Bonus Burn/Target videos. First off, what are the Bonus Burn Videos? I created these videos to 'target' certain muscle groups or a certain format in barre. For example, a Bonus Burn video that targets legs is INTERMEDIATE WEEK 2 BONUS BURN 8 minutes. This particular video targets only the lower body. An example of a BBV that targets a format is BEGINNER WEEK 2 BONUS BURN 12 minutes. This video is formatted by positions (push ups, planks and prone and repeated several times).
There are 3 ways you can utilize these videos:
1. Crammed for time? Something is better than nothing. All BBV's are less than 15 minutes. Some are even 5-7 minutes! Perfect to squeeze in anytime.
2. Add on to a cardio day. If it's your long run day or you just finished a sweat sesh on your Peloton, head over to your mat for a quick arm burn. Try INTERMEDIATE SERIES TARGET #5 HEAVYWEIGHT ARMS 10 Minutes.
3. Looking for a challenge? Group 2-4 BBV's together for a total body sculpting session! Try this out:
BEGINNER WEEK 3 BB 9 Minutes (CORE TARGET)
BEGINNER SERIES TARGET #4 10 Minutes (SIDE BODY TARGET)
INTERMEDIATE WEEK 3 BB 15 Minutes (GLUTE TARGET).
You will feel every muscle burn!
