Week 6 Challenge


How is the first week of December? Busy? It's not going to get any better! We have 3 more weeks of challenges to conquer. Last week we spread the work over 5 days. This week we are going to compress the classes into 3 days so each day will be a longer commitment but the same amount of work! You will hit your arms on day 1, abs on day 2 and legs on day 3.
