Week 7 Holiday Challenge


We survived another weekend before Christmas! Our little family squeezed in ice sculptures, Christmas lights, a musical and a few hockey games and a basketball tournament. As I sit here and reflect on the busy weekend, I am thankful I take some time for myself most days to workout. It really does make all the difference in my physical and mental health.


We have 2 more challenges left before Christmas! This week it's all about core. (next week will be back to total body). This week will be the toughest yet. You will complete 3 videos from the core challenge videos EACH DAY for 4 DAYS. That's right, 12 videos, all about core in 4 days. Here is the schedule:
