Happy Halloween! Thank you all for your patience as I had to take a pause from Studio E to grieve my father's passing and celebrate his life. I was proud of all of you that kept up with the Fall Challenge while I was away. The site was jam packed with action!
We will return to the weekly workout calendar as I prepare for new content. I will be adding to the ARM CHALLENGE CHANNEL as well as the ADVANCED UNDER 30 MIN CHANNEL.
