
Hello 2022!! I hope you all had a safe and great New Year. I think having to go back to work and school on a Monday after break is cruel punishment for parents AND kids. But, tomorrow is Monday and we have a 5 day week to battle through.
I will continue the weekly calendar as always. I have been busy recording new workouts for you that will be part of the ADVANCED UNDER 30 MIN CHANNEL in the next few weeks. It won't be a specific challenge per se, but there will be many new videos on that channel that you will complete that are more intense and all under 30 minutes! The goal will be to do 3 workouts a week once all the new videos are uploaded. I'll send out more info about the calendar and goal setting as it gets closer!
Until then, the weekly calendar will be 4 days and a mix of videos to give you a total body burn. Each day this week includes a video from the LEAN LEGS CHANNEL. We need to get our barre legs back to prepare for the new videos coming up ! (hint hint: lots of legs)

#28 13 min IMPROVE YOUR WEAKNESSES (INT CHANNEL)
