Believe it or not, June is almost half over. I feel like it was just yesterday I was waiting for the snow to melt. Now we are almost to July and summer has already zipped by.
I know how the summer change in schedules can wreak havoc on your daily workouts. While the longer days can be a gift, they tend to fill up with more obligations for others rather than ourselves. Keep pressing play on the shorter workouts! You will not regret the 10-20 minutes you are keeping your barre strength up and making time for yourself.
The Arm Challenge will start in 2 weeks. It will consist of 7 videos leading up to July 1st weekend. I have really enjoyed recording these videos! I hope you enjoy them.
