TGIF! Even though it was a short week, it was busier than ever!
I will posting the weekly workout calendars each week throughout the summer to keep us ALL on track. The Spring Challenge is completely loaded on the site and I know May was a tough month for a lot of us. I encourage you to complete the Spring Challenge In June or July if you were unable to do it last month. The workout calendar will consist of 3 or 4 videos a week.
