Good morning! Hopefully most of yo are experiencing this amazing early spring weather! My family has been enjoying a lot of time outdoors and the fresh air has been theraputic for us all.

I will take you through sun salutations and vinyasas that will twist your spine, open up your shoulders and lengethn your hamstrings. We will return to barre for the last few exercises to strengthen our core to ensure a total body tone. It is Saturday's workout. Enjoy!
