Happy Friday Challengers! You are wrapping up Week #1. How are you feeling? I hope stronger and more confident. The soreness from this week will subside as your body starts changing and acclimating to the small movements and higher intensity.
Week 2 will be posted by Sunday so you are ready to press play next week! Week 2 promises to keep your body guessing to ensure you are gaining strength and range of motion in each series. I will send out a message once next weeks classes are posted.
