Weekly Workouts August 16 - 20


There was a lot of action on the site this week! A huge "well done" to all of those that made the commitment to press play. The last month of summer is notoriously busy with family fun and getting ready for school. These changes make it difficult to find a routine and stay on track.


Your goal this week is to complete all 4 of these workouts this week in addition to your regular routine. I chose shorter workouts as I also know a lot of subscribers are gone in August and need a class that is quick and painful.
