It's hard to believe as I write this we are entering the final month of summer 2021. August is a quieter time for my family and full of getaways and family fun days. In other words, not much of a routine. If you are heading into the same boat, keep pressing play when you can to keep your strength up and injuries at bay. Just taking 20 - 30 minutes a few days a week will offset many of the other (poor) choices we make during the dog days of summer.
I spent the last 2 months recording over 20 videos (and counting) to be ready for a FRESH FALL launch. I've had many requests for more full length videos so that is going to be the first challenge when the leaves start falling. "THE FALL FORTY CHALLENGE" will be all 40 minute total body barre classes to get those muscles back to where they belong. I'm looking forward to this new challenge as it will be much different than the shorter videos I've posted over the last 9 months. We will increase our endurance and take our barre strength to a whole new level. Make sure you have handweights, a band and ball as all will be used!
